We hunt rain or shine. However, our schedule may change due to severe weather or other factors. Changes to venue or cancellations will be made to this online calendar, posted on the front page of this website, and emailed to members no later than 6:00 am on hunt day.

2020 Annual Meeting

Wentworth Hunt’s Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, April 5, at 12:30, using Zoom online video conferencing. The instructions for using Zoom are below. If you do not want to use zoom, instructions for calling into the meeting are also below.
We kindly ask that you take the time before the meeting to fill out the 2020 Membership and Release Forms, and pay your dues for this upcoming season. Remember, only those members who have paid their 2020 memberships dues in full or at least 50% by the time of the annual meeting will be allowed to vote on board positions.
Joining the Meeting with Zoom
A few minutes before the meeting, click on the following link:

If this is your first time using Zoom, you will be asked to download the Zoom app (don’t worry, it’s light weight, non-invasive, and easy to uninstall after the meeting if you so desire).
Once installed, Zoom will start and ask if you want to “Join with Video” (so we call all see your happy face) or “Join without Video” (for those less interested in showing their “I’m stuck at home” looks).
Zoom will then ask if you want join with “Computer Audio” (aka your computer mic) or with a “Phone Call”. If you select “Computer Audio”, you’ll be all set. If you select “Phone Call”, Zoom will give you several phone numbers, any will do, just choose one. You’ll be aksed to enter the meeting ID, which is: 326 528 6082
Please mute your audio unless you are speaking. You can mute via your phone (if you’ve called in) or through Zoom by clicking the Participants icon at the bottom of the page then mousing over your name and clicking the “Mute” button that magically appears.
Zoom has a chat option which you may use to ask for help, post a comment or request to speak without interrupting the current speaker.
Joining the Meeting Without Zoom
You can call into the meeting without using Zoom video conferencing using one of these numbers: (312) 626-6799 or (646) 876-9923. You’ll be asked to enter the meeting ID, which is: 326 528 6082. Please mute your phone unless you are speaking.
