The Wentworth Hunt Entertainment Committee meetings are open to all members. Please join us in discussions of the social side of our hunt club including everything from teas and parties to the Hunt Ball! Instructions for using Zoom are below. If you do not want to use zoom, instructions for calling into the meeting are also below.

Joining the Meeting with Zoom

A few minutes before the meeting, click on the following link:

If this is your first time using Zoom, you will be asked to download the Zoom app (don’t worry, it’s light weight, non-invasive, and easy to uninstall after the meeting if you so desire).

Once installed, Zoom will start and ask if you want to “Join with Video” (so we can all see your happy face) or “Join without Video” (for those who are joining the meeting directly from barn chores – but really, we don’t judge! Join with video!).

Zoom will then ask if you want join with “Computer Audio” (aka your computer mic) or with a “Phone Call”.

If you select “Computer Audio”: you’ll be all set. Don’t forget to turn on your computer sound so you can hear us!

If you select “Phone Call”: Zoom will display several phone numbers you may use. When prompted, enter the meeting ID: 853 7750 9352 and Passcode: 291207.

Please mute your audio unless you are speaking. You can mute via your phone (if you’ve called in) or through Zoom by clicking the Participants icon at the bottom of the page then mousing over your name and clicking the “Mute” button that magically appears.

Zoom has a chat option which you may use to ask for help, post a comment, or request to speak without interrupting the current speaker.
