1:00 pm - Social time and potluck lunch
1:45 pm - Meeting begins.

Location:
Hosted by the Coxes and Tuckaway Farm at the Emerson House - the farmhouse at the entrance of the driveway (we suggest you dress in layers for this meeting).

Zoom:
While this is an in-person meeting, and we'd LOVE to see everyone there, we understand that some people may wish to call in. Zoom information will be available here soon.

The start of the season is almost here and with that comes our important annual meeting!

We will be reviewing plans for the season as well as voting for vacancies on the Board of Directors (slate coming soon!). All members who have paid at least one-half of their 2024 dues are entitled to vote!

Dues are the same as last year, but please know that this year, Wentworth Hunt is respecfully passing on credit card fees. If you are paying via credit card, once in the payment portal you'll see the dues amount reflect that additional fee.

The Annual Meeting is a great time to reconnect with hunt friends and to start planning for the season ahead. We hope to see you there! Tally Ho!!
