Summer Poker Rider at Cloverridge Farm

Please join us for a fun poker ride (think "hunter pace" but with poker!) at Cloverridge Farm in Peterborough, NH.

Our summer Poker Ride is a great way to see your hunt friends, and make new friends, between our roading and fall informal seasons. This ride is non-competitive. Riders will set their own pace on a well-marked course at the beautiful Cloverridge Farm. The course will be through fields and woodland trails. Many natural jumps are along the route, all jumps are optional and can be ridden around. This is private land so this ride gives you the unique opportunity to explore this fun territory!

Did we say "Poker Ride"? Yes, we did! During this untimed ride, you will pick up five playing cards along the way to collect your cards. There will be marked pick up locations along the track for card gathering. When you return, present your hand to the Casino Master at the end of the trail ride. The best Poker Hands will win capping gift certificates with Wentworth Hunt for the 2024 Season and fun prizes.

Light snacks and refreshments to follow in the trailer parking area.

No water on site, please bring your own water.

Parking will be in the field at the intersection of 101 and Elm St, Peterborough, NH. Please look for signage!

Please bring a copy of your horse's proof of negative coggins to the ride.
